It effectively addresses longstanding industry pain points prevailing in cultural tourism illumination, live scenic performances and urban landmark lighting projects: cumbersome installation, difficult daily maintenance and overly bulky equipment. The product pioneers a brand-new R&D philosophy for high-power outdoor laser projectors.
Traditional 100W-class outdoor waterproof laser projectors are universally bulky and heavy. Their hoisting and on-site assembly normally require collaborative work by 2 to 4 construction technicians, resulting in lengthy high-altitude installation procedures and prominent safety hazards. Deployment is extremely challenging in confined spaces such as narrow building eaves, landscape boardwalks and rooftop corners. To resolve these widespread industrial challenges, Lightspace R&D team launched a dedicated structural reconstruction project and delivered four major core upgrades:
The overall chassis dimension is reduced by 10% with a streamlined exterior outline, delivering a more compact structure. It is compatible with more narrow spaces and concealed mounting positions, greatly expanding applicable scenario coverage. The total weight is cut to 34KG, representing a 16% weight reduction compared with the previous generation. A single technician can independently complete the entire installation workflow including hoisting, fixing and wiring, doubling construction efficiency on-site and substantially cutting labor costs and project lead time.
The internal overall architecture is fully reconstructed, with refined calibration conducted on the optical path module, heat dissipation system and load-bearing framework one by one. The lightweight transformation never compromises structural rigidity; the equipment boasts comprehensively enhanced stability during long-term nonstop outdoor operation, shock resistance and durability, adapting seamlessly to harsh outdoor conditions including rainy seasons, drastic day-night temperature fluctuations and coastal salt fog environments.
Adhering to the R&D principle of lightweight optimization without downgrading core specifications, all key optical parameters are fully preserved: galvanometer scanning speed, rated 100W output power, beam divergence angle and more. Beam texture, dynamic light & shadow effects and long-distance projection performance remain identical to the predecessor model, with zero deterioration in effects including laser show programming, 3D landmark LOGO projection and mountain landscape light & shadow presentation.
